However, returns and refunds are subject to the conditions below.
Returns
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery
- Product must be unused and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
- Discounted or clearance products
- Innerwear and accessories due to hygiene reasons
Refund Process
Once the returned product is inspected, refunds will be processed
within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability and approval.
